1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to paradisecitydesign.com and to pages, forms, communications, and website features operated by Paradise City Design that link to this Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the “Site.” It does not govern third-party websites, platforms, contractors, architects, engineers, licensed professionals, vendors, or service providers that maintain their own privacy practices.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through the Site or related communications, including:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, and preferred method of contact.
- Property location and property type.
- Project stage, intended scope, goals, timing, budget range, and other project details.
- Messages, questions, consultation requests, feedback, and records of our communications.
- Meeting or scheduling preferences.
- Plans, photographs, inspiration images, drawings, specifications, documents, or other files that you choose to provide.
- Your communication preferences, including requests to unsubscribe from studio updates or promotional emails.
The Site does not operate an online store, process website payments, or collect payment-card information.
Website Forms
The Site is built using WordPress and uses Contact Form 7 to operate contact and project-inquiry forms. Information entered into a form is collected by Paradise City Design, transmitted to us, and may be retained in email systems, website systems, hosting records, or other business records used to respond to and manage inquiries.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Site, we or our service providers may automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and operating system, device type, approximate geographic location, referring source, pages viewed, links selected, visit date and time, time spent on pages, form and website interactions, and cookie, analytics, advertising, or conversion-measurement information.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms from spam, automated submissions, bots, and malicious activity. Turnstile may process security and browser signals such as an Internet Protocol address, user-agent information, TLS fingerprint information, the Site’s Turnstile site key, and the associated website origin.
Advertising, Analytics, and Referral Sources
We may receive limited information from Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Ads, advertising and conversion-measurement services, hosting and security providers, email providers, social-media platforms, scheduling services, referral partners, and other services through which you interact with Paradise City Design.
3. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Respond to project inquiries and contact you about your requested services.
- Evaluate project fit and prepare for consultations, proposals, and agreements.
- Provide interior design, design visualization, interior selections, design documentation, and construction-coordination services under a separate written agreement.
- Schedule meetings and maintain business and project records.
- Send occasional project stories, studio updates, design insights, or promotional emails as permitted by law.
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
- Protect forms from spam, bots, abuse, and malicious activity.
- Understand how visitors find and use the Site and measure inquiries, advertising results, and conversion activity.
- Prevent fraud, security incidents, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Site.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance, and contractual obligations.
4. Email, Telephone, and Other Communications
If you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or otherwise contact us, we may respond by email or telephone using the information you provide.
We may occasionally send project stories, studio updates, design insights, service information, or other commercial emails as permitted by law. Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. Even after you unsubscribe, we may continue to send non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to respond to an active inquiry, schedule a meeting, administer an agreement, provide requested services, communicate about an active project, maintain security, or address a legal, billing, contractual, or administrative matter.
Submitting a website form does not constitute consent to receive automated marketing text messages, prerecorded marketing calls, or automated telemarketing communications.
5. Cookies, Analytics, Tags, and Advertising
The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies for necessary website operation, form security, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising attribution, conversion measurement, and performance evaluation.
The Site uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and Google Analytics 4 to help us understand website activity. Paradise City Design may use Google Ads, including Google Search Ads and conversion tracking, to associate website activity with advertising interactions and measure configured events such as form submissions or telephone interactions.
You may control or delete cookies through your browser settings. When a cookie-preference tool is available on the Site, you may also use it to manage optional cookie categories. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality, security, analytics, or form operation.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar processing under some laws. Where an applicable law requires a particular choice or opt-out method, we will make reasonable efforts to provide or honor that choice.
6. How We Share Information

- A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Independent professionals and service providers may maintain their own privacy practices and are responsible for their own services.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate and perform services, maintain business and project records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may ask us to update or correct information you provided, unsubscribe from promotional emails, or request information about our privacy practices. Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing.
